Ofer, An astute business strategist, transformed a family-run knitwear factory into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. He then mastered the real estate investment landscape, managing substantial assets and yielding impressive returns. His philanthropic endeavors in health and culture highlight his commitment to societal betterment.

Richard, a 25-year short-term rental industry veteran, founded and sold two management companies and a rental tech business. He now advises rental businesses in the US and Europe/UK while speaking at conferences.

Moshe, Founder and Managing Director of Axell, brings deep expertise in digital innovation and business strategy. Formerly Global Head of Digital Transformation at Generali and Deputy CEO at Migdal Insurance, he has a strong track record in driving successful transformations. Omri, a UC Berkeley accounting professor, is also a real estate investor, consultant to the Israeli Securities Authority, ex-PwC consultant, and a graduate of Tel Aviv University in Accounting and Economics.
